- **Service:** The Snap2List platform - an AI-powered eBay seller automation SaaS that transforms photos into complete eBay listings in 30 seconds using Snap2List's proprietary AI technology, which continuously learns and improves to deliver more accurate listings over time. The platform includes tools such as AI-Powered Listing Creator, Bulk Listing Tool, Inventory Management, Financial Hub, Draft Management, Order Management, Research Tools, Translation Tools, Policy Management, Location Management, Profit & Expense Charts, Listing Goal Charts, SEO Title Generator, Keyword Generator, and Check-In Tab. - **User Account:** The account created by you to access the Service. - **Credits:** Virtual tokens used to access AI tools within the platform. - **Subscription Plans:** Different pricing tiers (Freemium, Pro, Premium, Business, Unlimited) available for accessing various tools and features. - **Future Features:** Features, tools, or services marked as "Coming Soon" or "Future Feature" that are not yet fully implemented. - **AI Tools:** Services provided using Artificial Intelligence algorithms, including SEO Title Generator, Keyword Generator, and Create Listing Tool.
3. Account Registration and Security
To use Snap2List, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if any suspicious activity is detected. SNAP2LIST LLC is not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized account access.
4. Subscription Plans and Payments
- **Freemium Plan:** Access limited tools for free with basic features. - **Pro Plan:** Enhanced tools, access to SEO Title Generator, Keyword Generator, and Check-In Tools. - **Premium Plan:** Advanced tools, Bulk Lister, and Smart Pricing. - **Business Plan:** Optimized for large-scale sellers, includes Priority Support. - **Unlimited Plan:** Full access to all tools and unlimited credits. **Billing Cycle:** Payments will be billed monthly or annually based on your chosen plan. **Payment Authorization:** By subscribing, you authorize SNAP2LIST LLC to charge the subscription fee to your provided payment method. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as expressly provided in these Terms. **Failed Payments:** If payment fails, SNAP2LIST LLC reserves the right to suspend access until payment is completed.
5. Usage of Credits
- **Credits** are virtual tokens used for accessing AI tools such as SEO Title Generator, Keyword Generator, Create Listing, and Bulk Lister. - Credits are tied to your subscription plan and are non-transferable. - Unused credits do not roll over to the next billing cycle unless specified in your plan. - Misuse, fraud, or exploitation of the credit system may result in suspension or permanent termination of your account.
6. User Responsibilities
As a user of SNAP2LIST LLC, you agree to: - Provide accurate and up-to-date information. - Use the platform solely for legal purposes. - Not manipulate or abuse the Reward System or Credits allocation. - Avoid unauthorized attempts to access restricted parts of the platform. - Adhere to all applicable local, state, and international laws. - Avoid attempting to bypass or interfere with platform security measures.
7. Prohibited Activities
Users are prohibited from: - Sharing or reselling account credentials or platform access. - Engaging in fraudulent activity. - Uploading or distributing malicious code, viruses, or harmful software. - Attempting to reverse engineer, clone, or modify platform source code. - Violating any intellectual property rights of SNAP2LIST LLC or third parties. - Using SNAP2LIST LLC for any purpose that violates applicable laws or regulations.
8. Reward System and Streaks
- The Reward System allows users to earn credits based on streaks and consistent platform usage. - A 7-day streak rewards 10 credits. - Rewards are subject to change without prior notice. - SNAP2LIST LLC reserves the right to modify or terminate the Reward System at any time.
9. Financial Hub and Data Responsibility
- The Financial Hub provides tools for tracking profits, managing expenses, and viewing analytics. - You are responsible for the accuracy and integrity of data you input into the platform. - SNAP2LIST LLC does not guarantee financial results or improvements based on platform analytics.
10. AI-Powered Tools and Limitations
**AI Technology Disclosure:** Our core service uses Snap2List's proprietary AI technology to analyze photos and generate listing content. Our AI continuously improves to deliver increasingly accurate and relevant results. These tools include SEO Title Generator, Keyword Generator, Create Listing, Bulk Create Listing, and photo analysis features. **No Guarantees:** AI outputs may vary significantly in quality, accuracy, and relevance. We do not guarantee that AI-generated content will be error-free, appropriate, or effective for your specific business needs. **User Responsibility:** You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving all AI-generated content before publication. You must verify accuracy of product descriptions, specifications, pricing, and compliance with marketplace policies. **Potential Risks:** Reliance on AI outputs may result in listing errors, policy violations, inappropriate content, or suboptimal performance. SNAP2LIST LLC is not responsible for any financial losses, account suspensions, listing removals, or business disruptions caused by AI-generated content. **Content Moderation:** While we implement safeguards, AI may occasionally generate inappropriate, inaccurate, or policy-violating content. Users must exercise judgment and moderation.
11. Software Limitations and Liability Disclaimer
- SNAP2LIST LLC is provided "as-is" and "as-available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. - We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free operation. - SNAP2LIST LLC is not responsible for financial loss, account suspensions, or operational interruptions caused by platform malfunctions. - Use the Service at your own risk.
12. Future Features
- SNAP2LIST LLC may reference or preview "Future Features." - These features are not guaranteed to launch or be available. - References to future functionality are not legally binding commitments.
13. Termination of Service
- SNAP2LIST LLC may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these Terms. - You may cancel your subscription at any time via the billing portal.
14. Limitation of Liability
- SNAP2LIST LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. - Total liability is capped at the subscription fees you paid in the past 12 months.
15. Governing Law
- These Terms are governed by the laws of New York State, USA. - Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in New York City, NY.
16. Changes to Terms
**Right to Modify:** SNAP2LIST LLC reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time, in our sole discretion. Changes may include additions, deletions, or modifications to any provision. **Notice of Changes:** We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Service and updating the "Last Updated" date. For significant changes, we may also notify you by email or through an in-app notification. **Acceptance Through Continued Use:** YOUR CONTINUED USE OF THE SERVICE AFTER ANY CHANGES TO THESE TERMS CONSTITUTES YOUR BINDING ACCEPTANCE OF THE REVISED TERMS. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Service immediately and cancel your subscription. **Effective Date:** Changes will be effective immediately upon posting unless otherwise specified. Your continued access to or use of the Service after any revisions become effective constitutes your agreement to be bound by the revised Terms. **Obligation to Review:** You are responsible for periodically reviewing these Terms. 18. Third-Party Services Disclaimer
SNAP2LIST LLC integrates with third-party services such as payment processors (e.g., Stripe), external APIs (e.g., eBay, OpenAI), and cloud hosting providers. We are not responsible for any errors, interruptions, or failures caused by these third-party services, nor are we liable for any financial losses, data breaches, or other damages resulting from their performance or non-performance.
19. Data Privacy and Compliance
SNAP2LIST LLC complies with data protection regulations, including GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) and CCPA (California Consumer Privacy Act). Users can review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, store, and process personal data. By using our platform, you consent to our data practices as described in our Privacy Policy.
20. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SNAP2LIST LLC, its affiliates, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorney fees) arising from your use of the platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
21. Force Majeure
SNAP2LIST LLC shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, cyberattacks, government actions, labor disputes, or technical failures.
22. Refund Policy
Subscription fees are non-refundable, except in cases where: - There was an unauthorized charge on your account. - The service was unavailable for a prolonged period due to technical failures solely caused by SNAP2LIST LLC. Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the billing date and are subject to review by our support team.
23. Beta and Experimental Features
SNAP2LIST LLC may offer beta features or experimental tools to select users. These features are provided "as-is" and may contain bugs or performance issues. We are not responsible for any damages, loss of data, or unintended consequences resulting from the use of beta features.
24. User-Generated Content
You retain ownership of any content you upload to SNAP2LIST LLC, including images, product details, and descriptions. However, by uploading such content, you grant SNAP2LIST LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, store, and display the content for the purposes of providing the Service. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload such content.

27. DMCA Takedown Policy
SNAP2LIST LLC respects copyright laws under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you believe that your copyrighted material has been used on our platform without authorization, please provide the following information to our designated DMCA Agent at dmca@snaptolist.com: 1. Identification of the copyrighted work. 2. Identification of the infringing content (with URLs). 3. Your contact information (name, email, phone). 4. A statement of good faith belief that the use is unauthorized. 5. A statement under penalty of perjury that your claim is accurate. Upon receipt, we will promptly investigate and may remove or restrict access to the content.
28. Cookie Policy
SNAP2LIST LLC uses cookies to enhance user experience, analyze platform performance, and provide tailored content. By using our platform, you consent to our use of cookies in accordance with our Cookie Policy. Users can manage their cookie preferences through browser settings or our Cookie Preferences tool.
29. Audit and Security Accountability
SNAP2LIST LLC conducts regular security audits and vulnerability assessments to ensure data protection. While we take extensive measures to safeguard user data, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. Users are encouraged to report any security concerns to security@snaptolist.com.
30. Auto-Renewal Disclosures (U.S. & New York)
By selecting a paid Plan, you agree to recurring charges at the then-current price at the frequency you select (monthly or annual) until you cancel. Free trials convert to paid at the end of the trial unless you cancel beforehand. You can cancel anytime via the in-app Stripe Billing Portal; cancellation is effective at the end of the current period. After purchase, we provide an acknowledgment (e.g., email/receipt) with the auto-renewal terms and how to cancel.
31. Free Trials
Premium free trials last 7 days unless stated otherwise. At trial end, your Plan auto-renews at the published rate unless you cancel first. Trial credits do not roll over. Once a paid period begins or any credits/benefits are used, fees are non-refundable, except where required by law.
32. Chargebacks
If you dispute a charge (chargeback) without first contacting us, we may suspend your account. You remain responsible for unpaid amounts and reasonable costs associated with collection.
33. Third-Party Policies & API Use
The Service relies on third-party services (e.g., Stripe, eBay APIs, OpenAI). You must comply with their terms, including eBay’s marketplace rules (e.g., prohibited items, listing policies) and OpenAI’s use-case restrictions. We may throttle or suspend your access for excessive requests, abuse, or policy violations. SNAP2LIST LLC is not affiliated with or endorsed by eBay.
34. eBay Integration and Marketplace Disclaimers
**eBay Account Responsibility:** You are solely responsible for your eBay account, including compliance with eBay's policies, seller performance standards, and marketplace rules. SNAP2LIST LLC is not responsible for: - eBay account suspensions, restrictions, or bans - Listing rejections or removals by eBay - eBay policy changes that affect service functionality - eBay marketplace violations or seller defects - Lost sales or revenue due to eBay account issues **Account Linking Risks:** By connecting your eBay account to our Service, you acknowledge the risks involved in granting API access, including potential data access issues or temporary service interruptions. **Marketplace Compliance:** You must comply with all applicable eBay marketplace rules, prohibited items lists, listing policies, and seller requirements. SNAP2LIST LLC does not monitor or validate compliance with eBay policies. **No eBay Affiliation:** Snap2List is an independent service provider and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by eBay Inc.
35. AI Content and Photo Processing Disclaimers
**Photo and Content Processing:** When you upload photos or content to our Service, you grant SNAP2LIST LLC a limited, non-exclusive license to process, analyze, and generate listing content using AI technology. We may temporarily store and process your images through third-party AI services (including OpenAI) solely for the purpose of providing the Service. **AI Accuracy Limitations:** AI-generated content (titles, descriptions, keywords, pricing suggestions) is provided for convenience and may contain inaccuracies, errors, or inappropriate content. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving all AI-generated content before publishing listings. **Content Ownership:** You retain ownership of your original photos and content. However, you are responsible for ensuring you have the legal right to use and list all uploaded content, including photos of products you intend to sell. **Quality Disclaimer:** AI outputs may vary significantly in quality, relevance, and accuracy. SNAP2LIST LLC makes no guarantees about the effectiveness of AI-generated listings in improving sales performance or marketplace visibility.
36. Price & Feature Changes
We may change prices or features at any time. Changes take effect on the next billing cycle. We may provide notice by email or in-product, but are not obligated to do so unless required by law.
37. Binding Arbitration and Class Action Waiver
**PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. IT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS, INCLUDING YOUR RIGHT TO FILE A LAWSUIT IN COURT.** **Agreement to Arbitrate:** You and SNAP2LIST LLC agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Service, or your use of the Service (collectively, "Disputes") will be resolved exclusively through final and binding arbitration, rather than in court, except that you may assert claims in small claims court if your claims qualify. **Arbitration Rules:** The arbitration will be administered by JAMS (Judicial Arbitration and Mediation Services) under its Streamlined Arbitration Rules and Procedures, or by another mutually agreed arbitration provider. The arbitration will be conducted in New York, New York, unless you and SNAP2LIST LLC agree otherwise or the arbitrator determines that such venue would be unreasonably burdensome. **Arbitration Fees:** If you initiate arbitration, you will be responsible for paying the JAMS filing fee up to the amount you would pay to file a lawsuit in court. SNAP2LIST LLC will pay any additional arbitration fees. Each party will bear its own attorneys' fees unless the arbitrator determines that a claim or defense was frivolous or brought for an improper purpose. **CLASS ACTION WAIVER:** YOU AND SNAP2LIST LLC AGREE THAT EACH PARTY MAY BRING DISPUTES AGAINST THE OTHER PARTY ONLY IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS ACTION, COLLECTIVE ACTION, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. The arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims and may not preside over any form of representative or class proceeding. **Jury Trial Waiver:** YOU AND SNAP2LIST LLC HEREBY WAIVE ANY CONSTITUTIONAL AND STATUTORY RIGHTS TO SUE IN COURT AND HAVE A TRIAL IN FRONT OF A JUDGE OR A JURY. **Opt-Out:** You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by sending written notice to legal@snaptolist.com within thirty (30) days of first accepting these Terms. Your notice must include your name, mailing address, email address, and a clear statement that you wish to opt out of arbitration. **Survival:** This arbitration agreement will survive termination of your account and these Terms.
38. Age Requirement and Eligibility
You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to use the Service. By accessing or using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of a business entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms. The Service is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
39. Enhanced Warranty Disclaimers
**DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES:** THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SNAP2LIST LLC EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO: (a) **IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY** - We do not warrant that the Service is fit for commercial use or meets industry standards. (b) **IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE** - We do not warrant that the Service will meet your specific requirements or achieve your desired results, including but not limited to increased eBay sales, improved listing performance, or business growth. (c) **IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF NON-INFRINGEMENT** - We do not warrant that the Service or any content generated through the Service will not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of third parties. (d) **WARRANTIES OF ACCURACY** - We do not warrant that AI-generated content, pricing suggestions, market research data, keyword recommendations, or any other outputs will be accurate, complete, current, or error-free. (e) **WARRANTIES OF RELIABILITY** - We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that defects will be corrected. (f) **WARRANTIES REGARDING THIRD-PARTY SERVICES** - We do not warrant the performance, availability, or reliability of third-party services including but not limited to eBay, Stripe, OpenAI, or any payment processors. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU ARE USING THE SERVICE AT YOUR OWN RISK AND THAT YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE TO YOUR COMPUTER SYSTEM, LOSS OF DATA, OR OTHER HARM THAT RESULTS FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
40. Bulk Operations and Batch Processing Disclaimer
**Bulk Operations Risk Acknowledgment:** SNAP2LIST LLC offers bulk listing, batch editing, and other mass operation features. You acknowledge and agree that: (a) **Amplified Risk:** Bulk operations may affect multiple eBay listings simultaneously, amplifying the impact of any errors, inaccuracies, or issues. (b) **User Verification Required:** You are solely responsible for carefully reviewing and verifying all bulk operations before execution, including but not limited to pricing, quantities, descriptions, images, categories, and shipping settings. (c) **No Liability for Bulk Errors:** SNAP2LIST LLC is not responsible or liable for any errors, incorrect pricing, duplicate listings, inventory synchronization issues, policy violations, or other problems resulting from bulk operations, regardless of whether such errors originated from AI-generated content, user input, or system processing. (d) **Irreversible Actions:** Some bulk operations may be difficult or impossible to reverse once executed. You assume all risk associated with bulk operations and their consequences on your eBay account. (e) **eBay Limits:** Bulk operations may trigger eBay's rate limits, security systems, or policy enforcement mechanisms. SNAP2LIST LLC is not responsible for any eBay account consequences resulting from bulk operations. (f) **Financial Consequences:** You acknowledge that bulk pricing errors could result in significant financial losses (e.g., items listed at incorrect prices), and SNAP2LIST LLC bears no responsibility for such losses.
41. Enhanced eBay Integration Disclaimers
**eBay Account Risks Acknowledgment:** By connecting your eBay account to SNAP2LIST LLC, you expressly acknowledge, understand, and accept that: (a) **Inherent Risks:** Connecting your eBay account involves inherent risks including potential API access issues, data synchronization errors, authentication failures, token expirations, and service interruptions. (b) **AI Content Risks:** AI-generated listings, titles, descriptions, item specifics, and other content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or policy-violating material that could result in eBay enforcement actions against your account. (c) **No Control Over eBay:** SNAP2LIST LLC has no control over eBay's policies, enforcement actions, algorithm changes, API modifications, or marketplace decisions. eBay may change its policies, APIs, or enforcement practices at any time without notice. (d) **Assumption of Risk:** You assume all risk of eBay account consequences including but not limited to: - Account suspensions, restrictions, or permanent bans - Seller performance defects and below-standard ratings - Listing removals, rejections, or modifications by eBay - VeRO (Verified Rights Owner Program) takedowns and intellectual property claims - Fee assessments, penalties, or holds on funds - Loss of Top Rated Seller status or other seller benefits - Restrictions on selling categories or item types - Payment processing holds or delays (e) **Pricing Errors:** SNAP2LIST LLC is not responsible for pricing errors, whether caused by AI suggestions, user input errors, currency conversion issues, or system malfunctions. You are solely responsible for verifying all prices before publishing listings. (f) **Inventory Synchronization:** Inventory synchronization between SNAP2LIST LLC and eBay may experience delays or errors. SNAP2LIST LLC is not responsible for overselling, underselling, stock discrepancies, or any consequences thereof. (g) **Category and Item Specifics:** AI-generated category selections and item specifics may be incorrect or violate eBay's requirements. You are responsible for verifying all category assignments and item specifics. (h) **Shipping and Returns:** SNAP2LIST LLC is not responsible for incorrect shipping settings, return policies, or handling times that may result in eBay defects or buyer disputes. (i) **No Liability:** UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL SNAP2LIST LLC BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES, LOSSES, COSTS, OR EXPENSES RELATED TO YOUR EBAY ACCOUNT STATUS, PERFORMANCE, SUSPENSION, OR TERMINATION, REGARDLESS OF THE CAUSE. **eBay API Changes:** eBay may modify, restrict, or discontinue API access at any time. SNAP2LIST LLC is not responsible for service disruptions, feature limitations, or functionality changes resulting from eBay API modifications. **eBay Marketplace Compliance:** You are solely responsible for ensuring that all listings created through SNAP2LIST LLC comply with: - eBay's User Agreement and all applicable policies - eBay's Prohibited and Restricted Items policies - eBay's Listing Practices policies - eBay's Product Safety and Compliance requirements - All applicable local, state, national, and international laws - Intellectual property rights of third parties

**SNAP2LIST LLC Ownership:** The Service, including all content, features, functionality, software, code, designs, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, video, and other materials (collectively, "Platform Content"), is owned by SNAP2LIST LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. **Trademarks:** "Snap2List," "SNAP2LIST," the Snap2List logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of SNAP2LIST LLC. You may not use such marks without our prior written permission. **License to Use:** Subject to your compliance with these Terms, SNAP2LIST LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal or internal business purposes. **Restrictions:** You may not: - Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Platform Content - Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service - Remove any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices - Use any automated means to access the Service (except as expressly permitted) - Sell, resell, license, or commercially exploit the Service - Frame or mirror any part of the Service without written permission
45. Data Backup and Loss
**No Backup Obligation:** SNAP2LIST LLC is not responsible for backing up your data, content, or listings. While we implement reasonable data protection measures, we do not guarantee against data loss. **User Responsibility:** You are solely responsible for maintaining backup copies of any content, data, images, or listings that you upload to or create through the Service. **No Liability for Data Loss:** SNAP2LIST LLC shall not be liable for any loss, corruption, or destruction of your data, regardless of the cause, including but not limited to system failures, cyberattacks, human error, or service discontinuation.
46. Service Modifications and Discontinuation
SNAP2LIST LLC reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice, to: (a) Modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service, including any features, tools, or functionality. (b) Impose limits on certain features or restrict access to parts or all of the Service. (c) Terminate or suspend any user account for any reason. (d) Discontinue the Service entirely. SNAP2LIST LLC shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service. In the event of complete discontinuation of the Service, we will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice and allow users to export their data.
47. Account Inactivity
SNAP2LIST LLC reserves the right to terminate or suspend accounts that have been inactive for an extended period (twelve (12) months or more). Before termination, we will attempt to notify you at the email address associated with your account. Upon termination for inactivity, any remaining credits, data, or content associated with your account may be permanently deleted.
48. Feedback and Suggestions
If you provide SNAP2LIST LLC with any feedback, suggestions, ideas, improvements, or other submissions regarding the Service ("Feedback"), you hereby grant SNAP2LIST LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable, sublicensable, perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such Feedback in any manner and for any purpose. You acknowledge that SNAP2LIST LLC is under no obligation to use any Feedback and may already be developing similar ideas independently.
49. Technical Requirements and Compatibility
**System Requirements:** You are responsible for ensuring that your devices, software, and internet connection meet the minimum requirements necessary to access and use the Service. SNAP2LIST LLC is not responsible for any issues arising from incompatible devices, outdated browsers, or insufficient internet connectivity. **Browser Compatibility:** The Service is designed to work with the latest versions of major web browsers. We do not guarantee compatibility with older browser versions or non-standard browsers. **Mobile Access:** While the Service may be accessible via mobile devices, certain features may have limited functionality on mobile platforms.
50. Export Compliance
You agree to comply with all applicable export and re-export control laws and regulations, including but not limited to the Export Administration Regulations maintained by the U.S. Department of Commerce and trade and economic sanctions maintained by the Treasury Department's Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC). You represent and warrant that you are not located in, under the control of, or a national or resident of any country to which the United States has embargoed goods or services, and that you are not on any U.S. government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
51. Anti-Spam Compliance
You agree not to use the Service to send unsolicited commercial communications (spam) or to violate any applicable anti-spam laws, including the CAN-SPAM Act, GDPR, or any other applicable regulations. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws regarding electronic communications.
52. Security Vulnerabilities and Responsible Disclosure
If you discover a security vulnerability in the Service, please report it responsibly to security@snaptolist.com. Do not publicly disclose the vulnerability until we have had a reasonable opportunity to address it. We appreciate and acknowledge security researchers who help us maintain the security of our Service.
53. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court or arbitrator of competent jurisdiction, such invalidity, illegality, or unenforceability shall not affect any other provision of these Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect, and the invalid, illegal, or unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, legal, and enforceable while preserving its original intent.
54. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and any other policies or agreements referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and SNAP2LIST LLC regarding your use of the Service. These Terms supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, both written and oral, regarding the Service. No oral or written statement, representation, or promise not contained in these Terms shall be binding on either party.
55. Waiver
The failure of SNAP2LIST LLC to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. No waiver of any term of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term. Any waiver must be in writing and signed by an authorized representative of SNAP2LIST LLC to be effective.
56. Assignment
You may not assign, transfer, or sublicense any of your rights or obligations under these Terms without SNAP2LIST LLC's prior written consent. SNAP2LIST LLC may assign, transfer, or delegate any of its rights and obligations under these Terms without your consent, including in connection with a merger, acquisition, corporate reorganization, or sale of all or substantially all of our assets. Any attempted assignment in violation of this section shall be null and void. Subject to the foregoing, these Terms will bind and inure to the benefit of the parties, their successors, and permitted assigns.
57. Survival
The following sections shall survive termination or expiration of these Terms: Definitions, Intellectual Property Rights, Enhanced Warranty Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, Binding Arbitration and Class Action Waiver, Governing Law, Severability, Entire Agreement, and any other provisions that by their nature should survive.
58. Headings
The section headings in these Terms are for convenience only and have no legal or contractual effect. They shall not be used in interpreting or construing any provision of these Terms.
59. No Third-Party Beneficiaries
These Terms are for the sole benefit of you and SNAP2LIST LLC. Nothing in these Terms, express or implied, is intended to or shall confer upon any third party any legal or equitable right, benefit, or remedy of any nature whatsoever under or by reason of these Terms, except as expressly provided herein.
60. Relationship of the Parties
Nothing in these Terms shall be construed to create a partnership, joint venture, employment, or agency relationship between you and SNAP2LIST LLC. Neither party has the authority to bind the other or incur obligations on the other's behalf.
61. Language
These Terms are written in English. Any translations are provided for convenience only. In the event of any conflict between the English version and a translated version, the English version shall prevail.
62. Statute of Limitations
You agree that any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service must be filed within one (1) year after such claim arose, or be forever barred. This limitation applies regardless of whether the claim arises in contract, tort, statute, or otherwise.

67. Acknowledgment
BY USING THE SERVICE, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, UNDERSTAND THEM, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THEM. YOU ALSO ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THESE TERMS, TOGETHER WITH THE PRIVACY POLICY, REPRESENT THE COMPLETE AND EXCLUSIVE STATEMENT OF THE AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND SNAP2LIST LLC AND SUPERSEDE ANY PRIOR OR CONTEMPORANEOUS AGREEMENTS, COMMUNICATIONS, AND PROPOSALS, WHETHER ORAL OR WRITTEN, BETWEEN YOU AND SNAP2LIST LLC.
