    This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all subscription plans and services provided by Snap2List, operated by SNAP2LIST LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). We are committed to transparency in our billing practices. This policy governs refunds, cancellations, and billing for all users of the Snap2List platform at www.snaptolist.com. By subscribing to any paid plan, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

    2. Subscription Plans & Billing

    Snap2List offers monthly subscription plans at various pricing tiers (Starter, Pro, Premium, Business, and Enterprise). β€’ All subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly cycle unless otherwise specified. β€’ Payments are securely processed via Stripe. We do not store your full payment card details. β€’ Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period until cancelled. β€’ If a payment fails, your access to paid features will be suspended until the payment is resolved. Stripe will automatically retry failed payments according to its retry schedule.

    3. 14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

    We offer a 14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee for first-time paid subscribers. If you are not satisfied with your subscription, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your first subscription payment, provided that: (a) It is your first ever paid subscription with Snap2List. Users who have previously subscribed to any paid plan are not eligible. (b) You have used fewer than 20% of your monthly credit allocation during the refund period. (c) You submit your refund request via email to refunds@snaptolist.com within the 14-day window. This guarantee does NOT apply to: β€’ Subscription renewals (second month and beyond) β€’ Plan upgrades or downgrades β€’ Annual subscription plans β€’ Users who have previously held a paid plan and re-subscribed β€’ Add-on credit purchases

    4. Monthly Subscription Cancellation

    You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time through the Stripe Billing Portal, accessible from your Settings page within Snap2List. β€’ Upon cancellation, you will retain access to your paid features until the end of your current billing period. β€’ No partial-month refunds will be issued. If you cancel mid-cycle, you will not receive a pro-rated refund for the remaining days. β€’ At the end of your billing period, your account will be downgraded to the Freemium plan. β€’ Your listing data, drafts, and account settings will be preserved, but access to premium features will be restricted.

    5. Annual Subscription Cancellation

    Annual subscription plans, when available, are non-refundable. β€’ You may cancel an annual subscription at any time, but your access will continue through the end of the annual term you have already paid for. β€’ No pro-rated refunds will be issued for unused months remaining in your annual term. β€’ At the end of the annual term, your account will be downgraded to the Freemium plan unless you choose to renew.

    6. Enterprise Plans

    Enterprise plans ($499.99/month and above) follow the same cancellation policy as standard monthly subscriptions unless a custom billing arrangement has been agreed upon in writing. β€’ Enterprise customers with custom contracts should refer to their individual service agreement for cancellation terms. β€’ For questions about Enterprise billing or custom arrangements, contact support@snaptolist.com.

    7. Credits & Usage

    Credits are the virtual tokens used to access AI-powered tools within Snap2List (e.g., listing creation, title generation, background removal). β€’ Credits are non-refundable and non-transferable between accounts. β€’ Unused credits do not roll over to the next billing cycle. Your credit allocation resets at the start of each billing period. β€’ Credits cannot be exchanged for cash or monetary value. β€’ When processing refund requests under the 14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee, the number of credits consumed will be factored into the eligibility assessment. β€’ Add-on credit purchases are non-refundable.

    8. Free Trial Terms

    Snap2List may offer a free trial period (typically 7 days) for new users to experience premium features. β€’ Free trials automatically convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless cancelled before the trial expires. β€’ Credits allocated during the trial period do not carry over to the paid subscription. β€’ No charges are incurred during the free trial period. β€’ You may cancel at any time during the trial without being charged.

    9. Service Failure Refunds

    In the event that Snap2List experiences prolonged unavailability, we may issue a full or partial refund at our discretion, subject to the following conditions: β€’ The service must have been continuously unavailable for 72 or more consecutive hours. β€’ The outage must be solely caused by SNAP2LIST LLC (our infrastructure, code, or systems). Service failure refunds do NOT apply to: β€’ Scheduled maintenance windows (announced in advance) β€’ Third-party service outages, including but not limited to eBay API downtime, Stripe payment processing issues, OpenAI/AI provider disruptions, or cloud hosting provider outages β€’ Force majeure events (natural disasters, cyberattacks, government actions, etc.)

    10. Unauthorized Charges

    If you believe an unauthorized charge has been made to your account, we will investigate and issue a full refund for verified unauthorized transactions. β€’ Unauthorized charges must be reported within 14 days of the charge date. β€’ We may require identity verification to process unauthorized charge claims. β€’ Please contact refunds@snaptolist.com immediately if you suspect unauthorized activity on your account.

    11. Promotional Offers & Discounts

    From time to time, Snap2List may offer promotional pricing, discount codes, or special offers. β€’ Refund amounts are calculated based on the actual amount paid, not the original list price. β€’ Promotional credits or bonus credits received as part of a promotion are non-refundable. β€’ One-time discount codes or promotional pricing cannot be retroactively applied to previous billing cycles. β€’ Promotional pricing terms are governed by the specific promotion's conditions at the time of purchase.
